• Aesthetic & Artisanal Integrity: Our collections feature handcrafted textiles, hand-block printing, and fine silk/cotton blends. By ordering, you acknowledge that minor variations in weave, color intensity, or print alignment are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship rather than defects.

• Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.

• Service Reservation: We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue any product at our discretion without prior notice.

2. Product Sizing & Specifications

• Free Size & Adaptive Fit: Many of our signature pieces are designed as an adaptive Free Size—utilizing flexible smocked bodices, adjustable tie-fronts, elasticated waistbands, or wrap closures to comfortably accommodate a range of measurements.

• Customer Responsibility: Please carefully review the sizing ranges and garment descriptions provided on each product page prior to purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment

• Price Adjustments: All prices listed on vanyaatelier.com are subject to change without notice.

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or payment security flags.

• Secure Checkout: All payments are processed through encrypted, industry-standard gateways. We do not store or have access to your raw credit card details.

4. Taxes, Customs & International Shipping

4.1 Automated Taxes

Taxes (Sales Tax, VAT, or GST) are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your shipping location and relevant local tax laws.

4.2 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

• Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout (or under a DDP option), all international orders are shipped DDU.

• Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or local clearance charges levied by your country’s customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival. Vanya Atelier is not responsible for transit delays caused by local customs inspections or unpaid duties.

5. Global Courier Shipping & Delivery

• Fulfillment Partners: We ship internationally using tier-one global couriers (e.g., DHL Express and FedEx).

• Dispatch Times: All standard stock and order fulfillments are dispatched within 3 business days. Extended lead times for specific custom or hand-block printed batches will be explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

• Delivery Guarantees: While we provide trackable express delivery, Vanya Atelier is not liable for carrier delays caused by severe weather, customs holds, incorrect address entries provided by the buyer, or missed delivery attempts.

6. Returns, Exchanges & All Sales Final Policy

• No Return Policy: Due to the exclusive, handcrafted nature of our garments and artisanal textiles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched.

• Exchanges for Defective/Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective garment or an incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of package delivery with photograph proof. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, product names (e.g., Vanya Classics, Kasturi, Rasgulla), original copy, blog content, imagery, and design layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Vanya Atelier. Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vanya Atelier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services.
